Londonderry Preschool Prep Welcome Letter 2025-2026
Welcome Preschool Prep Families!
We are so excited to be kicking off another school year of Preschool Prep! The Preschool Prep registration form can be found at the end of the welcome letter. All you need to do is fill it out and submit it. We are going to create so many wonderful memories together. Miss Mary, Miss Sarah, Miss Shilo, Miss Jo and Miss Mia are the lead Preschool Prep teachers, but you will meet other great My Gym teachers throughout the year. Our PSP program includes circle time with songs, dances, and academic charts. Each week we rotate through 4 academic stations- 2 teacher lead and 2 independent stations. These fun-themed stations focus on literacy/reading, number sense, cognitive development, and arts & crafts! Storytime, puppet shows, and playtime in the gym are also fan favorites! If you are not already a part of the My Gym Londonderry Preschool Prep group on Facebook then, please join! That way you can see all the fun things we do in class.
What your child needs:
- Children must wear My Gym gripper socks in the gym & in the preschool room
- Please make sure that shorts or leggings are worn under skirts/dresses. No tights.
- Full-sized backpack with an extra change of clothes
- Lightweight jacket or sweater (sometimes it gets chilly in the preschool room)
- Diapers/wipes/pull-ups and or underwear
- Peanut-free snack
- Bonus points if your child can open their own snack 😉
- Spill proof water bottle that your child can open unassisted. Please no twist caps.
- A folder (please empty and return folders the next school day).
Tuition:
For new Preschool Prep students, your child’s first tuition payment will be charged when we receive your registration form. For returning PSP students, your tuition payment will be run on Tuesday 6/17. Please make sure that your billing information is up to date on your My Gym account. That payment will secure your child’s spot in the Preschool Prep program and will cover the first 4 weeks. Tuition will be debited from the card you have on file in 4-week increments throughout the school year. We are not offering make-ups or refunds for missed classes. We are, however, offering unlimited bonus classes to our Preschool Prep students. Please schedule bonus classes from your online account. To do so, you will log in, click ‘Schedule Classes’, ‘(Child's Name)’, and you will see ‘Schedule Bonus Class’.
2 days a week- $348- per 4 weeks of PSP and unlimited gym classes
3 days a week- $484
4 days a week- $599

Calendar for School Year 2025-2026:
September 2nd- First Day (Let us know if your child will be starting later in the school year so we can schedule a tentative start date.)
June 11th- Last Day
No Preschool Prep on the following dates:
October 13th Columbus Day
November 11th Veteran's Day
November 26th-28th Thanksgiving Recess
December 24th-January 2nd Holiday Recess
January 19th MLK Day
February 23rd-27th February Vacation
April 27th-May 1st Spring Break
May 25th Memorial Day
Safety/Illness Procedures:
We appreciate your support in observing these rules. Before your child can join the fun at My Gym, please ensure they do not have any of the following symptoms:
- Temperature above 100.4
- Constant runny nose and/or cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, chills, etc
If your child has any of these symptoms, please keep them home and mark them absent from your online account.
Drop-Offs/Pick-Ups:
- Please sign your child in/out each day.
- Preschool Prep: Drop off is between 8:00-8:30AM. Pick up is @ 11:30AM

Release:
I understand that it is my responsibility to supervise my child(ren) during participation in My Gym LIVE classes, My Gym On-Demand video content, and any other content made available by MY GYM (collectively, “MY GYM Activities”). In addition, when my child(ren) participates in in-gym activities, in case of an emergency when I cannot be reached, I authorize the staff of MY GYM to obtain whatever medical treatment deemed necessary for the welfare of my child(ren).
I realize that personal contact with others, including but not limited to My Gym employees and participants, involves a certain degree of risk of exposure to disease-causing organisms such as COVID-19. I acknowledge that My Gym cannot screen and/or monitor all such individuals. I also recognize that all adults entering the facility, including myself, have agreed to the My Gym Illness Policy and have self-screened themselves and their children for COVID-19 at home.
I further understand and agree that I will be financially responsible for all costs incurred to treat any injuries that may occur during these activities, online or in-gym, regardless of whether my medical insurance would cover such charges and fees. I hereby give my consent to my child(ren)’s participation in MY GYM Activities and hold MY GYM harmless from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that my child(ren) or I may suffer in connection with MY GYM Activities.
Social Media Notice for In-Gym Activities Only: I understand that MY GYM may take photos or videos of children and/or adults in the gym. I hereby give MY GYM, and MY GYM ENTERPRISES, permission for the copyright and use of these photos or videos on MY GYM’S social media websites.
