Preschool Prep
As experts in early child development, My Gym Summerlin understands the impact preschool or pre-kindergarten education has on children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development. In our commitment to educate the whole child, we offer learning through play.
"Prep Classes" focuses on imparting to children the skills needed to excel in preschool and beyond. Our program allows students to transition into preschool and kindergarten with confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning. Students attain these qualities through our award-winning My Gym fitness curriculum, arts and crafts, sensory based stimulating small group and independent activities, and basic academic preschool instruction. Our program is for 2 - 5 years (6 if missed cut age for Kindergarten enrollment) focuses on making learning fun and exciting in the familiar and nurturing atmosphere of My Gym. We will utilize our studio space for learning along with small amounts of gym time socialization, followed by morning circle time structure ( ABC , counting, days of the week, months of the year)before heading into our preschool room for imaginary play, structured lessons and sensory experience. The student to teacher ratio is approximately 7 to 1.
THE DETAILS
Ages: Preschool Prep is for potty trained children 2 - 5 (6 if missed cut for Kindergarten) years.
Schedule: Preschool Prep classes are held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00-12:00 PM
Availability: Please inquire.
Food: Parents send a healthy sack lunch and water bottle for their child. Please notify us of any food allergies. We are a nut-free facility and kindly request your compliance.
Cost:
2 classes per week (T/Th)=$375 every 4 weeks paid recurring automatic payments
3 classes per week = $550 every 4 weeks paid recurring automatic payments
Add UNLIMITED Gym Membership for just $99 a every 4 weeks recurring automatic payments

Incentive: Those students enrolled in 3 days a week will be offered: 1 no school camp in accordance with MyGym Summerlin schedule, if not available then one Parents Night Out may be applied.
Other: Children must be potty trained or parents must be near by the facility for contact. Must contact gym for enrollment.

Annual Closure Dates: All Federal Holidays New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Easter weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day, day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve. Schedule is subject to change. Spring Break - When CCSD Spring Camp is offered, preschool will not run and the children must enroll full fee camp days unless using makeup. CCSD Winter Break CAMP - .
