Parent's Night Out is on the last Friday of every month.
6pm to 9pm
Drop your kids off at My Gym for an evening of nonstop fun while you enjoy a well-deserved night out. Our energetic and caring staff will keep your little ones engaged with games, relays, songs, dances and more! We'll even wind down the night with a kid-friendly show.
