Premier Party

Price is for 15 children (including the party child). Parents pay $20/child for add'l children, and 18 is our max number allowed. Children are counted during the party.

Our party packages are identical with the exception of # of children. If you expect 15-18 children you will save slightly by booking this package. If you expect 14 or less children, book the Deluxe. Your package selection can be changed the day of the party.

• Exclusive use of ENTIRE facility
• Over 1-hr of constant age-appropriate games and activities run by 2 My Gym teachers. Party activities and music are determined by our teachers after learning about the ages attending, the birthday child's personality, and parent requests. Each party is custom designed!
• My Gym Gripper Socks for all attendees
• Age-appropriate zipline rides and a special birthday march or swing ride for the birthday child.
• My Gym does not provide food or drinks; however, food is permitted and we will help service food to children. We suggest you keep food to a minimum. Kids are more interested in playing at our parties than eating. Cake or cupcakes along with drinks should be brought by the hosting family. You may order your own pizza and have it delivered. We suggest pizza delivery 45 min into the party.
• My Gym will provide table clothes in the following color options: Red, blue and pink. My Gym will also provide utensils and we have a cake knife and a lighter for candles. Unless you decide to purchase colorful plates and napkins from us ($9.99 for unlimited), parents must bring plates and napkins. Please also bring candles. My Gym staff will help to service all the food items toward the end of the party.

• Unlimited colorful plates and napkins can be purchased for $9.99.

Policies & Things to Know...

• A $175 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party date and time.
• Rescheduling Fee - Rescheduling a party within 5 weeks of the party date will result in the loss of the $175 deposit and requires a new $175 non-refundable deposit.
• In the event of a power outage, facility problem, snow storm, or ice storm, and My Gym management determines My Gym can not run the party, deposits are refunded or parties are rescheduled for no add’l cost.
• 18 children (including the party child) is our maximum capacity. Non-walking children are not counted in total count (except for 1-year old parties).
• Children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult on the gym floor.
• For safety, children 6 months and younger must be in car seats, baby bjorns or slings.
• On the gym floor, parents must wear socks and children must wear My Gym branded gripper socks. My Gym gripper socks are included in the party price and are provided to all participating children.
• Alcohol is not permitted at My Gym parties.
• Host families are permitted to arrive no earlier that 10 MINUTES before their party time.
• Emphasis is on constant activity for the children. Gifts should be opened at home and food should be kept to a minimum.
• Parents may bring decorations but we strongly suggest that decorations are kept to a minimum. Setup time for parties is limited to 10 minutes. Any decorations that need assembly must be assembled prior to arriving. My Gym staff can help place decorations but will not have time to assemble decor.
• Host families are asked to assist My Gym staff with encouraging families to leave promptly at the conclusion of their party. Host families are also responsible for efficiently removing large decorations. We run parties and programs back-to-back, and our staff needs time to clean and prepare for the next event.
• A gratuity for our staff is not required but appreciated.
